A stable frame of mind enables us to perceive correctly and communicate appropriately, develop a personal practice using, body, breath, senses and mind as we strive to stabilize our structure, enhance physical function and balance emotions. Start with awareness of our actual condition, then work to displace dysfunctional patterns with beneficial ones.
